Olympic Steel needed a blanking line capable of supporting larger blank sizes, high performance expectations, and a production process that required dependable equipment integration. Visionary developed a complete blanking line solution that included a COE blanking feed line, a Stamtec 800-ton blanking press, and an AP&T stacking system. The AP&T stacking system represented advanced technology for the application, especially in terms of speed and the size of blanks being handled. Combined with the COE blanking feed line and Stamtec 800-ton press, the system gave Olympic Steel a complete solution built for demanding blanking performance.
